About Me

Hi I’m Clare, I believe our bodies are the most amazing machine on the planet, and if given the right environment, nutrition, mind set & will power, it can heal itself from anything.

I have been a complementary therapist since 2013, training first with City & Guilds in Swedish massage, Indian Head & Aromatherapy. I then went on to developing my skills further with additional courses in Remedial, Pregnancy massage with Jing institute of advanced Massage Training 2015, Manual Lymphatic Drainage, Oncology Massage with Jennifer Young 2018, and Hot Himalaya Salt Stone Massage with Saltability 2019. 

I trained in Clinical Manual Lymphatic Drainage Complete Decongestive therapy with the German Földi College in 2015, and after successful completion of the training, I am now a member of the prestigious MLDUK organisation. This ensures  the highest standards are maintained, which qualifies me to safely support & treat sufferers of Primary & Secondary Lymphoedema, as well as post surgery swelling & recovery.

In 2018 I started my Reflexology VTCT training & after completing over 100 case studies I was trained at a high enough standard to be accepted by the Association of Reflexologists in 2019. I have continued to develop my knowledge & skills by taking additional course in Reflexology Lymphatic Drainage with Sally Kay 2021 and Spinal Reflexology with the London School of Reflexology 2021. 

I’ve trained in the Japanese Usui Chiki Ryoho Reiki system of healing completing my 1st Degree in 2017, followed by Reiki 2nd Degree 2018 & Reiki-Master 2022.

I also hold a NCFE level 2 certificate in Nutrition & Health. 

My hope is that with the skills I have learnt, my passion for natural health and along with my life experiences, I can help & support others on their healing journey.
