The Japanese word Reiki (pronounced ray-key) means universal life force energy.
Eastern medicine systems work with this energy, which flows through all living things & is vital to well being.
The energy is known as ‘Ki’ in Japan, ‘Chi’ in China & ‘prana’ in India.
Reiki rebalances the energy in & around the body.
Encouraging the body to rejuvenate, balance & heal, whilst restoring calm to the mind.
This therapy is carried out either seated or laying down,
fully clothed, with a blanket for added comfort.
